These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bdok1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the bdok1 website at https://bdok1.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.

This Agreement becomes legally binding upon you at the earliest of: (a) the moment you click "I Agree" or any equivalent consent mechanism during the registration process; (b) the moment you deposit funds into a bdok1 account; or (c) the moment you place any wager or interact with any game or betting market on the platform.

bdok1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or financial exposure in a significant way — bdok1 will provide not less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity in translation or interpretation, the English-language text shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the bdok1 platform. This age requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction you may reside in. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdok1 operates a strict age verification programme and may request government-issued identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time to verify compliance with this requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active bdok1 account. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdok1 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without recourse.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The bdok1 platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. bdok1 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any location outside Bangladesh.

2.5 Politically Exposed Persons

Players who are politically exposed persons (PEPs), or immediate family members of PEPs, are required to declare this status at the time of registration. bdok1 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to accounts associated with PEPs and may decline to offer services to such individuals at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdok1 account credentials, including your username and password. bdok1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to be bdok1 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You must notify bdok1 immediately — and in any event within 24 hours — if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, your credentials have been compromised, or any transaction has been made without your knowledge. Notification should be made via the 24/7 Live Chat function or by emailing support at bdok1.io.

bdok1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, subject to the Platform's obligations under applicable data protection requirements. Where a security breach is attributable to the negligence of the Player, bdok1 reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated during the period of unauthorised access pending investigation.

For your protection, bdok1 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, stores passwords exclusively as one-way cryptographic hashes, and conducts regular independent security audits of its technical infrastructure. You are encouraged to use a unique, strong password for your bdok1 account that is not shared with any other online service.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdok1 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency by the Player's payment provider, any applicable conversion will be performed by that provider at its then-current exchange rate; bdok1 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier, and are displayed at the point of deposit initiation. bdok1 reserves the right to impose enhanced deposit limits on individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdok1 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures, including the submission of proof of identity and proof of address documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until all active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied.

4.5 Processing Times

bdok1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. bdok1 shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's own payment provider.

4.6 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your bdok1 account you confirm that the funds are your own, are derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. bdok1 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

bdok1 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are set out on each individual promotion page.

• bdok1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

All bets placed on the bdok1 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sport in question. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule will prevail with respect to that game only.

All bets are final once confirmed. bdok1 does not permit the cancellation of bets after confirmation except in circumstances where the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that an obvious technical error has occurred that materially affected the bet offer or odds.

In the event of a disputed bet outcome, the Player must raise a formal complaint within seven (7) calendar days of the event conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. The decision of bdok1's disputes team is final, subject to the complaint escalation procedure described in Section 14.

bdok1 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds or pricing offered were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error, and where such error would have been reasonably apparent to a prudent player. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdok1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point
• Opening or operating more than one bdok1 account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, corruption, or money laundering
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your actual geographic location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdok1 staff, customer support agents, or other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any part of the bdok1 infrastructure

All content on the bdok1 platform — including but not limited to the bdok1 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bdok1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdok1 platform for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any element of the platform; use any bdok1 brand asset in any context without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means.

Game content delivered through the bdok1 platform — including slot titles, live dealer experiences, and table games — is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain vested in the respective studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdok1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill, even if bdok1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The bdok1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdok1 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

bdok1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdok1 account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits bdok1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bdok1 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://bdok1.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

bdok1 may share your personal data with third parties where required to do so by law, where necessary to process your payments (including with bKash, Nagad, and other payment processors), where required to fulfil identity verification obligations, or where you have given your explicit consent.

bdok1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) you have engaged in or attempted to engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) maintaining the account would expose bdok1 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion or a regulatory body has directed the closure.

Where an account is closed by bdok1 due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other legitimate reasons, real-money balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital commerce as they relate to users based in Bangladesh. By using the bdok1 platform you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over disputes of this nature in relation to online services accessed from Bangladesh.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

bdok1 makes no representation that the platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
